Eric concurrently managed the construction of beach cottages in the Outer Banks. Eric also served as a business consultant to Moore, Warfield and Glick for their rental operations and website development. Eric has managed over 60 rental properties concurrently as well as served on the Plaza Condominium's Board of Directors for over ten years. Eric acted as the Owner's Representative for the developers of Sunset Beach and served on the Association's Board of Directors. Through his experience, he has developed a vast network of reliable subcontractors that will assist in the management of the property if necessary.
