Chris Carbaugh is the Founder and President of Atlantic Group & Associates, a multidisciplinary land planning, civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture firm headquartered in Berlin, Maryland. With more than 25 years of experience, Chris has played an integral role in planning and developing residential communities, commercial properties, and mixed-use developments throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
